2008-12-13 Disposable Heros - Russian 1943


 Soviets defending and Germans attacking. Germans went home having not broken through.




Great model. Doesn't get used enough. It also has a Mediterranean top to replace the  onion.











Lolly sticks denote unit status. Colours mean something, which I can't remember off hand. The more sticks the worse off the unit is. We used traffic lights colours so I know red is bad. Cotton wool is smoke.

    I've always ruled it out as it is scaled for 20mm. I'll have to place a 28mm figure next to it and see how it looks. Ta
